1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), Google Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay Payments.

 2. How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 3. Are there any exchange rates?
Credit card and debit card transactions can be made in USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, DKK Dollars, EUR and GBP. If your debit card or credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction. All Paypal transactions are done in US Dollars.  4. How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you type in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "ç" to "c".

 5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Can I amend or cancel my order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been placed, changing the shipping address is not guaranteed. Kindly use your residential address for your shipping address, instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold. Once an order has been placed, unfortunately cancellation is not guaranteed as orders are processed and sent for dispatch quickly. Please be advised that your order cannot be updated after it's shipped. We kindly ask that all customers check the details of their order before placing it.

6. Where will my product be shipped from?
We work with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source amazing products for you. We also work with fulfillment centers across the world to get the products to you no matter where you live. This results from orders being shipped to you from across the world. Orders are shipped from the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand. Your order will be shipped from any of these locations. Rest assured, your order will be delivered to you. Please kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct.

7. Can I order multiple products at once?
You may order as many items as you like on our website.
If you order more than one item, some items may be shipped separately. As such, some items may arrive sooner than others. Rest assured, your order will be delivered to you. Please kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct.

8. Is shipping really FREE?
Yes, we currently offer 100% FREE worldwide shipping. Please kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct.

 9. How long does shipping take & how can I track my package?
The shipping time is 3–30 business days. If you are located in the the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Europe, most orders are delivered within 3–14 business days. Due to the high demand of the products on our website all customers should allow up to thirty business days for delivery. Please note that shipping during the holiday season can take 5–10 business days more than usual. You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or order status page. Please allow a few days for the tracking details to be updated.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email or tracking number please check your spam/junk folder. You can also track your order from your order status page.

10. Will your products work for me?

For all products on this website, this disclaimer states there is no guarantee of specific results and each person's results may vary. Results may vary based on an individual user and are not guaranteed. The information on our website is neither intended nor implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice.

11. What if the color of my item is slightly different?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. Also we work on every possibility to offer you the best products, however, the color of some of the products on our website may vary slightly from the images shown due to lighting conditions when photographed.
