Due to high demand, orders may be delayed. Delivery times for orders may be longer than normal. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping and first class shipping.  All orders are tracked.

Cost of Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping.

Delivery times: The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment centre for dispatch within 72 hours after the order is placed. The fulfillment centre and the postal service/shipping provider process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days. Items that are customised, personalised, engraved, print to order or made to order will take longer to process because these items will require printing, engraving or embroidery et cetera. At any time of the year, unforeseeable circumstances can delay the processing time. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your destination. The shipping time is 3–30 business days. If you are located in the the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or Europe, most orders are delivered within 3–14 business days. Due to the high demand of the products on our website all customers should allow up to thirty business days for delivery. Shipping during the holiday season can take 5–10 business days more than usual. At any time of the year custom clearing and unforeseeable circumstances including but not limited to delayed logistics, force majeure and natural disasters can delay the shipping time. If the shipping time is delayed it will take more than thirty business days for all customers to receive their orders.

Custom fees, duties and taxes if applicable are paid by the customer. There are usually no costs imposed on our customers. However, as we ship worldwide, please check your country's regulations.
